Feelingbetterful October 30, 2011 at 8:05 pm

@daradubinet Yeah i agree, but we don’t get any frozen organic greens in our stores :( Its okay, we will do with what we have, until our garden is established. Might do the sprout thing, because we have access to organic sprouts.

daradubinet October 30, 2011 at 8:19 pm

@Davidthemarathoner
i like that word “paradigm” perfect.

@ComputerGrant :)

daradubinet October 30, 2011 at 9:55 pm

@Feelingbetterful
do the best you can! sometimes i think frozen organic might be better than pesticide fresh.

ILoveValenciaOranges October 30, 2011 at 10:24 pm

What i love about this recipe is that there is no dehydrating involved – it’s very inventive – i’ve only seen the pulp reused in crackers up until now . more like this please :) love watching!

brknspacebar October 30, 2011 at 10:29 pm

we had a “workout”, hehehe

Feelingbetterful October 30, 2011 at 11:15 pm

Can you still do it with with greens that aren’t organic? Until our garden starts growing we only have access to minimum spray greens.

Davidthemarathoner October 30, 2011 at 11:17 pm

@pbaffina
This is a raw food food vegan channel. This would imply no baking or dairy products such as cheese. Do you understand the paradigm here?

ComputerGrant October 31, 2011 at 12:07 am

pbaffina October 31, 2011 at 12:25 am

Thank you Dan!

worldviewtuber October 31, 2011 at 3:14 am

Yes Dan that’s all well and good – but do not forget that there are many parts of the state of California, where the ‘working poor’/people of colour on low incomes live – with no access whatsoever to “wholefood markets”, or even self-supporting food co-ops – all they may have are ‘bodegas’ run by other people of colour who are disrespectful or disdainful of their customer base i.e. Korean shop keeper and poor Black or Hispanic customer. So I pray that those people benefit from your “LifeLove”!!!

Thank you for commenting on the fact that not all parts of the country have all the co-ops, farmer markets. It is difficult to find some basic things like fresh basil, or Thai Chili-which I love. Please keep up the good work and know that you are being enjoyed and watched with LOVE!!! (I live in south Georgia and north Florida area)

menderfire9 October 31, 2011 at 5:07 am

@007025 Yes, low carbs are the key to losing weight. I went from size 14 to size 4 in less than a year by cutting the carbs. I love mayo, cheese, cream, butter, coconut oil & meats with fat in them .. as long as we eat lots of vegetables and skip the sweets and grains we can be healthy and slim! Do some serious research on the latest science regarding animal fats and how the “$ agri-biz $” spread false information regarding how we must eat grains, fruits & vegetable oils. Shame on them!!!
